Who we are
These terms cover purchases from The Butchers Blade, Unit A, Market Hall, High St, Sandbach CW11 1AX. Phone 01270 691283. When you place an order online, your contract is with The Butchers Blade.
Orders and pricing
Prices are in pounds sterling and confirmed at checkout, where payment is taken securely. Meat is cut by hand, so weights can vary slightly from the option you choose. Christmas turkeys, joints and other variable-weight items are priced by weight once prepared, and the final price is confirmed when your order is cut. If something you order is unavailable, we'll contact you to offer an alternative or a refund for that item.
Local delivery
Free delivery is available within 5 miles of the shop — check your postcode. Deliveries run Monday to Friday, starting from the next weekday (orders placed Friday to Sunday are delivered from Monday), in these slots: 4–5pm, 5–6pm, 6–7pm. Please make sure someone is in to receive the order, or leave safe-place instructions at checkout. Responsibility for the goods passes to you on delivery, so pop everything in the fridge as soon as it arrives.
Collection
Collection is from the counter at Sandbach Market Hall during opening hours. Lee prepares your cuts fresh and will email you as soon as your order is ready to collect. Please collect promptly and keep everything chilled on the way home.

Allergen and ingredient information is listed on each product page where we hold it. Our counter handles many ingredients, so if you have a severe allergy, please call Lee on 01270 691283 before ordering and we'll talk through what's safe for you.
Your rights and refunds
Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights. If anything is wrong with your order, we'll put it right with a replacement or refund — see our refunds & returns page for how it works.
General
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Your personal data is handled as described in our privacy policy. If any part of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the rest still applies.
