Choosing for your meal
If the listing does not give the weight, ingredients or preparation detail you need, ask Lee before deciding. A product name does not establish provenance, a particular cooking method or the number of servings. Think about the other dishes on the table and whether you want leftovers, then confirm the option that best suits your meal.
Serving ideas
Choose accompaniments to suit the actual product and follow its own preparation instructions. Vegetables, potatoes or another simple side may be useful starting points for a main meal, but are suggestions rather than included contents. “Best butchers in town! So much choice and everything so fresh and tasty compared to supermarket meat. The pre made meals are delicious especially the Italian Meatballs and everything so reasonably priced too!”

Cooking Pork, Cranberry & Rosemary
Follow the product’s specific cooking instructions; fillings, coatings and pack sizes change the method. Confirm the recommended temperature and time with Lee before cooking. For poultry, pork, minced meat, sausages, rolled joints and mechanically tenderised meat, cook thoroughly: the centre should reach 70°C for 2 minutes, or 75°C for 30 seconds. Clean the thermometer before and after checking.
